Ain Diab

Hi, everyone;
I've tried to drive Ain Diab GP3 track, which was downloaded from abcdefg (with Hungaroring jam files) and from Trackpackage 1 from Major Tom (no jams tried). Unfortunately, track surroundings (objects, buildings, trees) is neither detailed nor coloured, apart from being not real.
Any help from anyone, please ? (apart from NOT driving Ain Diab
