Big problem!!!

Guys, yesterday I decided to clean up my harddrive so I copied all the folders from my GP3 file onto a CD and then accidentally removed them from the harddrive. So, I have tried to copy all the files from the CD back onto my computer but some of them wont transfer! When I try to export the carset I am running, one blue bar appears in the total bar (indicating that files are being exported) before it suddenly stops and says:

Error! Failed to patch JAM FILE!

Anyone know how I can get my game back to working order? Have only been away from it for a day but am already having withdrawal symptoms!

The files in hd are "Read Only" ?
You try in another computer ?
