file extraction

im having problems extracting files from winrar
i get the message [either multipar or corrupt zip archive]iv not always had this
problem.

can any one help

Are you asking about files that you downloaded from the "Old Downloads" section of this website?
If so, it is probably because there actually is something wrong with the files.

It seems that there have been problems with the Old Downloads recently.
Using a download manager has alleviated many of the problems for most people.
