SoundsEditor v1.12 link is officially dead

I've tried the link on the old site at least 3 dozen times. Same result each time: the archive is not valid. I NEED soundseditor to install some engine sounds .. I don't even want to do the driving with the terrible engine noise the game comes with anymore I'm so tired of it.

And I've spent hours googling and looking at absolutely every site i could find, in every language you can think of.

I NEED Damien Legros' SoundsEditor v1.12. Anybody in the world who's got it please just attatch it in an email giallorosso986@gmail.com Thanks.

Its on the way, but only Version 1.2

Oh yea whatever version is fine.

That seems odd about my email .. maybe try giallorosso986@yahoo.com that should work. Maybe type the address in manually and not click on the link? Who knows ..
