could be the magic data or if you're using phsyics, 16384 should feel
the same as when it's not patched, have you tried the patch with a
default gp3 track? have to admit I haven't tested it with gp3, but with
gp32k and gp4 the patch works the same, the data is the same in gp3.exe
so I would imagine it would have the same effect.
you may feel a slight difference using 12000 but your lap times will
be almost identical, all version of gpx bypasses the performance file
except when in the pitlane, you should notice a difference when the
autobrake kicks in (race sessions only), a good example of this is leaving
the interlagos pitlane.
using 12000 will give you a slower pit entry/exit time than 16384, when you
leave the pitlane gp3 switches the player to 16384, all the patch does is
switch this off so gp3 uses performance data.
