Software mode - cockpits and steering wheels

Is it possible to make downloaded cockpit shapes and steering wheels visible in software mode?

I have downloaded 1993 cockpit with a round-shaped steering wheel but it works only in 3D mode.



What can I do?

Buy a new video card or convert the jams to SW

I have a new video card but the game crashes too often when playing in hardware mode, even after having been set to Windows 98/Me emulation.

I have already tried to convert files to SW with Jam Tools but the game crashes afterwards.
