blue flags in GP3

blue flags in GP3

Hi,
I am playing from a longer time now and I haven't seen blue flags being waved even if I sometimes hold the leader of the race. Why is that? Blue flags are in the manual for GP3. Why I can't seen them in the race?

wait a minute ....there arent blue flags ...but there are blue lights at the wheel ..... may be this is the answer
