Im Doing a proper 1998 season but say Hakkenin wins is it posible by using gp3 editor to change the number on the car or is it only the in car number that you can change?

The gp3 edit changes the car number within the menu, in order to change the number on the car, you would need to edit the car bitmap i'm afraid.
