This link didnt work for me either.

That's because "the Pen" hasn't made his 2005 Champ Car carset yet.
He's just made a place in his website for when he does complete it.

In the meantime, there's a 2005 Champ Car carset for GP3 by Muriel Saracino around somewhere.
(I don't remember where. Perhaps on this website here?)

Someone else made a 2005 IRL carset for GP3.
(I am sorry to say that I don't recall who made this one, offhand, but I seem to remember that it was mentioned in this forum along with a download link.)

on the pen's site seems to be a final 2005 champ car carset but the download link doesn't work. i've reported him this too...

I have e-mailed the IRL-2005 GP3 carset to everyone that has requested it in this thread up to this time.

Why not RapidShare?

1.I know how to e-mail attachments and can do it very quickly.
2.I do not know how to upload files to RapidShare and would have to spend time learning how to do so.
3.I think that the IRL-2005 carset may well have been somewhere on RapidShare in the first place.
4.It appears that some people think that I would need to obtain permision to upload something to RapidShare, whereas e-mailing it is okay.
5.Only a half-dozne people requested the carset.
6.Why not anywhere else?

Now that I have e-mailed the carset to everyone that has requested it, you all can decide for yourselves whether you you want to upload it somewhere or send it to anyone else who asks for it.

so, try to add this in the grand prix3 downloads link in this page. Evebory will see this and download it. Does anyone know how to do this?
