Guys, I am trying to run a 100% race and when I set up the pit stop strategy I notice that it becomes also the strategy of the CC cars. Is there a way to set them up independently?

cheers

Yes there is, use Pit & Lap Editor by A. Carrera.

You can force CC cars making 1, 2 or 3 pit-stops during the race.

Or you can set the percentage of cars doing 1, 2 or 3 stops (along with window size) in Magic Data for each track. It makes more sense for places like Magny Cours where 3 stops is the norm.

what does exactly means this in the MD:
0 ; pitstop group 1 %
0 ; stop 1
0 ; pit window 1
0 ;
0 ;
0 ;
0 ;
0 ;
15 ; pitstop group 2 %
13 ; stop 1
13 ; pit window 1
34 ; stop 2
6 ; pit window 2
0 ;
0 ;
0 ;
85 ; pitstop group 3 %
6 ; stop 1
6 ; pit window 1
18 ; stop 2
9 ; pit window 2
37 ; stop 3
8 ; pit window 3

i don't fully understand this.

15 ; pitstop group 2 %
13 ; stop 1
13 ; pit window 1
34 ; stop 2
6 ; pit window 2

the first 15 is the percentage of CC cars that will use this strategy. (2 stops in this case)

The following 13 is the basde lap number when the first stop is scheduled.

The next 13 is the amount of laps in which the first stop might be made. So there is a 13 lap window arounf lap 13 in this case

The 34 is the scheduled lap for the second pit stop.

The 6 again means that the cars will stop in a 6 lap window around lap 34.

The pit window is the number of laps AFTER the pitstop lap number.
