Hi, has anyone published the 2006 liveries yet? (for GP3 2000)

can't you use the bmps from the GP3 1.13 2006 carset?

How do you the bitmaps from the GP3 2006 carset into the gp3-2000 game? Forgive me if this is a basic question but i am not sure how you would go about this.
