Pit crew problem

Pit crew problem

Ever since I downloaded the high-res minardi pit crew (found in the pit crew download section) the pit crew no longer appears in practice or race. I placed this pit crew over the arrows pit crew (as they are the team I now have for minardi) - could this be the cause of the problem?
