track editing

Hi, I'm Andrea I'm interested in making tracks for gp3,
but i need some informations:
where can I find for example Dennis Grebe's tutorial?
I have also another problem with loading monte carlo circuit with Paul Hoad's gp3 trackeditor and if I make a track less than 4.133 Km lengh the game will crash!
Could you help me please?
