Hey guys, I'm trying to find some old carsets which run with GP3edit. There doesn't seem to be too many available now. I've got all the ones from this site, but does anyone know where else I can get some. Most place's links seem to be dead.

Also here:

[gp3.gamers.nl]

Here:

Where, incidentally, most of the carsets in the GP3-2000 section are actually for GP3.

And here:

Where there are 1950 through 1953 F1 carsets.

And here:

@X - For some strange reason I can't download from Hungarian Simworld. Every time I try it asks for a user name and password or doesn't work at all. :S

@ Jacki - thanks for the links! :D I've tried gp3.gamer already and their GP3 side is down now. I didn't know you could use the GP3-2000 (which I don't have) versions sometimes, so I'm having a good look there. Otherwise the rest were also a bit useful.

You can't use GP3-2k carsets in GP3.

That website just has mostly GP3 carsets in their GP3-2k section, even though it claims that they're GP3-2k carsets, they mostly are actually GP3 carsets.

On their front page news, Hungarian Simworld says that they will be getting a new website on a new server shortly and so they don't intend to fix any of the dead links on the old website.

New uploads every week from me on the front page, so why would you think otherwise?

Too focused on GP4 to grab your fantastic GP3 Menu backgrounds, perhaps? :D

Thanks for the help guys. I've managed to get hold of the ones I was looking for, plus a few more that I'll grab as well.

If there's a particular carset that you can't find anywhere, just ask here and I'm certain someone will be glad to send it to you.

Haha, no, I've uninstalled GP4 ages ago and am actually concentrating on gp3 2k lately and I have all of Jackie's excellent menu backgrounds!

It's just that we didn't get much involved in talk lately.

Nice to see there's more of us with the taste for early 80's, tho!

I created many of the 1950-1968, 1970 and 1972 through 1976 carsets. All have helmets, artwork, logos, etc. If anyone wants them and cannot locate them on other sites, let me know and I can send them.

I'm fairly certain that most, if not all, of them are still available for download from www.grand-prix.4players.de:1089 .
