Did this guy make the updates all by himself? If not, did he ask for permission to publish th ehard work of others and (probably) make money out of it?

Actually I must strongly object against stuff like this. It's simply a rip-off and leechery³.

If you put an addon for the tracks (I guess Sepang, Indy, Sakhir, turkey and Shangai too), I suppose you made those tracks brand new by yourself too otherwise is not true what you said.

By the way, the teamart that we can see on the picture was a work that have made in a 2004 Teamart set. It was an eleventh team (fictionnal) with Jacques Villeneuve and Justin Wilson.

So, I know for sure that this guy did not do all the work by himself! and I think
He should not do this.

I will continue to visit and use this beautiful site, and thanks to the guide now i can use all this downloads! and all the files present on this pack, are modified and adjourned, not simply taken at right and left! The point is, he's using others work and making a profit. Whether its a big or little profit is not th point, he's claiming its all his work, and not got permission from those who DID make it.

either stop taking the piss or put down the ridiculous phrase book you have

right the problem is, italian boys, that the equivocal situation has come about because this italian boy is selling products which he downloaded for free, which the files in the downloaded file will surely say "not for commercial distribution" and because he hasnt made these himself. Not only is this illegal but it is also ridiculously disrespectful, italian boy, so take it off.

hi all


with this whole dicussion over use off software in gp3
i started to wonder if i'm in the wrong too?

i've never used somebody's work and pretended it was my own ,but am i allowed to use updates for my little company or not

to see what i mean go to www.racingsims.org and please tell me .
i must say i have made 80 procent of it by myself but i also use gpxpatch

so give me you honest opinion

the site is in dutch but you see what i mean
