Help needed with Hardware 3D mode

I have a 3D Prophet 4000xt and the hardware mode is very jumpy. I think I need a new driver for the card. Where can I download one?

is that card based upon the kyro II chipset? if so, thats the problem , cos the card ain't supported!!!
