LS GP3 2000 and GP3 edit are not compatable. Either its gp3 edit and gp3 1.13, or gp3 2000 and carsaet creator, or gpxpatch.

i was trying to get the 91 mod running, did'nt realise that the editor or the mod would'nt be compatible with the 2k add-on :(

Its probably a case of using GPx Patch. To be honest, I dont think most gp3ers use 2k, only 1.13 :)

Edit Gp3 2k menue arts with Menu Art Editor for GP3 2000.

For Carsets use GpxPatch.

If u use carset creator 2000, all u need to do is get everything nice in GP31.13, using GP3edit, then open csc2000, import all from GP3, and then export all to GP3-2k. I find this works most of the time, but have had problems recently...

Which one?

I like the second pic (top right) but don't think I could ever use a different wheel; just too used to where everything is the the default wheel.

You shouldn't do a car. That's highly immoral.
