belini interlagos/suzuka updates

belini interlagos 1999 - 2004 v2.1 (gp3 2000 only)

always one of my favourite tracks and as it was my first attempt at converting
gp4 to gp32k track it had some nasty bugs, this is now gp32k only.

a complete rebuild, all new objects new line etc... inc 2004 version
if you have downloaded v2.0 there's a much smaller v2.0 to 2.1 update on
th belini site.

for gp3 users v1.4 1999 - 2003 are still compatible

Incredible work!! Now we all see how bad and unrealistic the original GP3 tracks really were compared to the new ones.
