GP 3 Soundeditting?

I have two questions:
I downloaded gp3 sounds v2.1 and tried to edit the sounds in gp3 with gp3
sound editor , unfortunately without success. Does anyone know how i get these
new sounds installed in the game?

What good sounds do you recommend, pls adv, thanks.
