GP3-2000 Carset for F1 2004 updated

I've now released the first service pack, (so to speak) for my F1 2004 carset for GP3 Season 2000, taking the original release to the Canadian Grand Prix on my F1 Season 2004 page. The update also includes a number of files which were missing from the earliest release of the original carset.

I've updated the main carset to Canada as well, so you don't need to download the service pack if you haven't already downloaded the original.
