F1 Season 2004 from the Smoking Pen reaches Monte Carlo, with the release of the Monaco Grand Prix update for my Season 2004 Carsets for GP3v1.13 at The Smoking Pen's GP3 pages. As always, enjoy - and careful with the BAR and Jaguar car numbers in this update, (in the gp3form.txt)

Hi Pen!
I can't download your latest carsets! I want to download the 1989 and 1988 carset but I can't! What's the problem?

It is down to the bandwidth limits.
