How can i make a new Steering Wheel?

Is there a file, that we can open on Paint or Photoshop and work on the wheel?! Wich file are we supposed to work!?

Please? anyone?

The steering wheel jams are:
HW: /gp3jamsh/main/steerac9 and /gp3jamsh/main/steerb9
SW: /gp3jams/main/stterac9 and /gp3jams/main/steerb9

youll need to convert to bitmap somehow (i wouldn't recommend gp3master cause it screwed up a bunch of my carskins)

Man...it´s very difficult.

Not dificult at all. Load the jam file with JamEditor or JamTool, save as bitmap and edit it. Load the edited bitmap with the editor again and save as jam file.

Thanks, but theres only one problem, you cant save as bmp with Jamtool or Jam editor

In Jam Tool simply right click on the loaded jamfile and chose "export".
