I think GRAUPNER made some F1 RC cars.... but they are old (97,98)
I have a RC car at my house and i tell you its not a TOY....

I used to have an old RC car which had a few F1 shapes to put over the top of it. I would race it every weekend with about 10 friends in a carpark with cones and things marking out a track. Man, it was too much fun. I also learned about suspension there!
