hi. cant hear other cars. whats wrong/ how do ifix? P.S. im dumb and drunk.

I am neither pretty nor drunk, but are you using GpxPatch? If not, it would be a clear sign of more than drunkenness if you heard other cars in Gp3. (Don't know about GP3 2000 addon).
