Nordschleife (Green Hell)

I only found the unreleased beta track by bigears (not really drivable).
Can anybody modify this track to drive or has someone made this
track for GP3 (2000)?? Thanks for any information.

We should remember that this track is scaled down (1/3 of the original).
It's a real challenge to drive on, but it became like Monaco... =\

Nice to see that the track is still in demand.

I have contacted a track editor long ago but he is currently busy with other projects and things in his life. We are still in the planning stage of how to layout the track the way the Nordschleife should be.

Supersonic, you are right, it is a lot like Monaco because of the no runoffs but that is what the old Ring was like in the past. Hopefully I will be able to cover up the armco with the scenery ribbons so you can't see the armco but you still can crash on it.

I will have a go again soon to see what I can do about it.

Hedges, rather than armco, as in the GPL Nordschleife (changed back to armco in the "modern" GPL version), would be quite appropriate.

Hmm yeah true...!

EDIT>> Had a look at my 1973 video clip and he is right. I totally forgot about it.

There are a lot of hedges lined up along the track. Should make things easier for me as I know nothing about scenery editing into a track.

Same for moving objects around such as trees as there is a lot of trees around the old Ring.

ahn, I have an idea. Apart the scaled down track, we could also have a ficticional track with the best 1/3 part of the track, with its main straights and corners.
