About Gp3-2000

People, I pretend to buy the original copy of Gp3 2000 from UK (I'm from Brazil). My CD is the red one, with the "shade" of a car, and it's available in English and Portuguese when I install, is it guaranteed to run or the gp3-00 setup won't recognize my cd?

btw, what's the problem with gp3 1.13?
I think the only big problem is to use the same skin for both cars of a team (very bad for CART, IRL, etc).
