complete 2003/2004 update

Hi
Does someboby know any news about a 2003 or 2004 gp3 complete season update?
I read in some forum that it would be realized on june but it seems that it is not aviable.

I think it's rather unlikely that you will get a 2004 season update now. As far as I know we still have 2003 and not all has been decided for 2004.

Two shapes I'd like to have:

1st the Tyrrell or Williams style 1983 shape (short sidepods, but longer than Brabhams)

2nd a nice 1984 shape (with those big rear wings & winglets)


Are those possible to make?

As you mention it, the BT52 must be one of the most beautiful carshapes ever in F1. Has anybody ever made it for GP3? The 1983 Tyrrell was weird, very high and narrow in front of the cockpit, I don't like it at all. The Williams was similar to the pic in my sig. This is the FW08, in 83 it was an FW08C, so I guess the shape was pretty much the same.

It's possible to make very nice shapes, with "realistic" measurements.
All you have to do is make the shape proportionaly to the original gp3 tyres.

That's what I made for my 2003 shape:

GP3 tyres have 1110 points of diameter.
Real 2003 tyres have +/- 660mm of diameter.

So we can say that...

1110 points = 660mm

or

1 point = 0,594mm

or

1,681 point = 1mm

Example:

F2003-GA's wheelbase is 3100mm... how much points?

1110 points = 660mm
X points = 3100mm

660x = 3100

i am willing to paint the helmets..

...and I may paint cockpits...
