help install new track no trackside adds?

sometimes when i install a new track into gp3 2000, the trackside adds or or fences appear a plain bluey green colour [like beta] and dont display the adds, can someone tell me what im doing wrong thanks.
i put all the files into the jamsh folder some work some dont. in the adds i mean.

Sometimes you could have used the Software version by accident. Make sure that it's for Hardware mode.

Make sure you name the gpjamsh folders right
