So, how i see, there is no way to make cpu drivers not so stupid in GP3-2000?

there is no way unless you can hack the exe [good luck]
the closest i seen to that is the advanced physics editor

the gp3 damage settings are ambiguous to say the least, have a fiddle around and see what's what.

if you change (ai error) desc65 to 0 in the tracks magic data it should
help, what makes the AI a lot more stable is to decrease the effect of
slipstreaming, at the moment the only way to do this a combination
of altering the tracks magic data and changing the cars physics, but
it does seem to work.

What part of the magic data should be modified to reduce the slipstream effect?

Well, I did some tests with the Hungary magic file (desc 65):

80 ; some chance. same chance multiplied with race perc.

I changed this to a value of 0 and wow, no more stupid AI mistakes!
I did a few all-CC races and the only runners to retire had mechanical problems, whereas before at least 4-5 would retire due to spinning out and crashing against the barrier etc. This is great news! Now we can set realistic values, certainly much lower than 80, probably 15 or 20 is realistic.
