GP3: How to change season results?

Is there any utility that allows to modify results of finished races (a points of drivers and teams) in the saved championship game, please?
According to ChatGPT it is possible using "HOF2Champ" utility but I have not found it anywhere a I doubt it exists.

Why to change results?
I have season after 6 races. And now I would like to change to season weather but it's not possible. So I would like to start new season with to correct weather, move to the end of the 6th race using accelerated time, save the new game and set the results according to the original season saved.
