Updated Track: Zandvoort 1970

Update of Fernando Porcel's Zandvoort 1970 track.
1. Set track grip to normal level, original value is ~13000, raised to 16384
2. Smoothed sudden elevation changes and bank changes, I used to think the excessive oversteer was caused by them, but in fact it was caused by the low track grip setting
Corners are adjusted for better flow
3. fixed scenery near pitlane
4. trackside cameras re-done according to 1983 race
5. New cc-line

no new jams, original jams included
I'll make other Zandvoort tracks with chicanes based on this fixed version (73,79,80)
