Updated Track: Zolder 1978

Some layout updates to Kees van Wijngaarden/Starchild/Zieli's Zolder track.
The shape of the first 2 corners changed, also less elevation change through the 2 corners
The kleine chicane made slightly faster, with a crest added after the chicane
The Jacky Ickx chicane made faster. it was added in 1975 and was tightened in 1986. the original track shows the current layout.
Added some missing kerbs


I haven't change the ads yet, though compared with Niki Lauda's onboard lap, some more variations in ads are certainly desirable. If anyone likes, please go ahead and update them.
