new track: anderstorp 1968-1973

Anderstorp with a faster Norra corner.

this is only the dat file, it uses the same jams as anderstorp 78

[theracingline.net] doesn't have a separate track map, but according to video and [www.the-fastlane.co.uk] this layout indeed exists and was used in F1

I could say that this version is a CC Line update with a faster Norra corner
