reworked track: barcelona 94

I re-made this track based on belini barcelona 1996, no new jams. the tyre chicane works better, compared to my previous version many years ago, you can no longer drive through the barrier, so kerbs are no longer used to mark track limit.

Belini's original jams/dats are included, which can also be found at grandprixgames.org

Is it possible for you to make a version of this track without the tire chicane?
That version can then be used for the 91-93 seasons. There exists a version of this track for those years but it is not very good.
