Starting Lights doesn't appears

Hi every.
Happy new year.
A doubt.
In some circuits (as example Hungaroring 2020 found in [www.mediafire.com]) I've been experimenting an issue.
The starting bridge object is quite visible, but the starting lights doesn't appears.
I tried to move it in different sectors, and I double checked the jams who are refered in it.
I found no mistakes, but the problem persists.
Does any of you know where is the problem?
