F1 2015 lost patch

Hi everyone

I have recently re-installed Windows and thought I have back up everything. However, there is a full patched version of F1 2015 made by someone else that I failed to keep a copy of. I dont know who made it, but it was very good. Its not the GP Universe version, I still have that.
Any ideas what it would have been? Can you help with a copy?

BTW - I am working on two Megapatches at the moment, F1 2012 and F1 1986.

This version will not run on its own. Is it missing files? Is it meant to be used to over-written an existing installation?
