Yeah, I know what you're thinking:

"If you aren't capable of modding Grand Prix 3, give up! Uninstall the game and get a freakin' life!"

But I've got a problem with CMagic (for GP3 1.13):

I downloaded the Philipp Island, Mugello and Patagonia tracks from the download section. The readme file said that, to make the circuit work, you must put the .MD file into the track with CMagic.

The problem is: After that I've done the entire process (put the .MD file, put the circuit file into the circuits folder and then use GPxPatch), I choose the track and the game crashes to desktop!

I've followed the readme file step by step, and I don't know why it crashes!

it depends on when it crashes : when you hit 'drive' and it crashes, it means your dat is not working.
Since the track is working for others, this won't be the reason.

When it crashes during loading, it often means there's a problem with the jams.
What i always suggest, try to run the track 'blank' without any jams.
Just rename the jam folder and run it.

Be sure that hardware jams are in gp3jamsh and software jams and scaled jams (jips) are in the gp3jams folder.

good luck!

Scratch that, I only had to put GPxPatch into debug mode to make it work.
