joystickproblem gpxpatch

When i play gp3 with gpxpatch (latest version) in the softwaremode, my joystick is very unstable. My steering wheel (onscreen) flips uncontrolled to left and right and the trottle is also not good. It has nothing to do with the calibration nor with the sensitiviness. What can I do?

I also had this problem. I THINK thats it's a problem with the joystick itself. Try using another joystick.
