Strange thing happened with a freind while we were playing GP3. We set the race at 50% distance and started the game. About 10 laps in it started to race. I had selected a 1 stop strategy. As the rain got worse it forced us in for pitstops...why?? Don't know how to over ride this either. Anyway, I came in and changed to wets and to NOT stop again. At about 80% distance, and with me in a position to win- and still raining - it forced me into the pits for another stop despite the fact I had enough fuel to finish. How do I stop the CPU forcing me into the pits? Can it be overridden? thanks.
When youre playing multiplayer you cant drive both cars. Assuming you were driving and youre friends car was being controlled by the CC press "K" twice to switch between cars and stop the pitstop as mentioned above. But I think that this is only an option that you can use in Gpxpatch, which is downloadable from this site. Edit- Its either keys J, K or L.
But when you choose for a 0 stop race, mostely you can't finish it without a pitstop simpely because you haven't got enough fuel on board. Is there a way to choose more???
but I do always 50% race and at Monaco I prefer no stop because it's not easy overtaking, anyway, I like overtaking on the last corner before the "long" straight, but it's not possible to start with more fuel?
If you select 'none' stops before the race you get 80 laps of fuel, 2 extra then the 78 laps in 100% races, I think. But this runs out either way so the only option is to edit the players fuel consumption in the c magic data. Edit fuel consumption 1 to be lower.
