I don't know how to fix black transparency, but to use a different yet existing carshape you just need to select it in GPxPatch, GPxSet tab.
For tracks you have to insert md2 files for magic datas.
For separe team's liveries, you can do that with JamEditor. By memory there is yet two different liveries per team in game, so select the first one and apply your livery on it, then do the same with the second livery. Your liveries must have two different names obviously, and two different JamsID if I'm correct.
