Non-Team Dependent power setting

Hi everybody.

I want to change the default player's car performance when the game is set to no-team dependent power.

Can I find this option in GPxPatch, or GP3 Edit or any other?

You can edit the perfomance file, usually found in gpxdata/
GP3Edit should do it as well.
