Steering wheel editors

hello, is there any editors who edit gp3 generic steering wheels with cpeditor who can help me?

im looking for an alternative way to use the rpm lights so that they can show 3 colours, green, red and blue.
(like the real rev lights of today in f1)

anyone know how I can do that?

and another thing...

is there any way I can edit the cockpit bodywork shape?

i.e. the shape of the car when viewed from the cockpit?
