Some help with GP3 Cockpits Editor

hello, I just need some help with cockpits editor...

when I import from my gp3 game, in the led lights editor, all the rpm settings are set to 0.

how do I make the 4th rpm light and 5th rpm light come on at the same time? adjusting the rpm in the leds lights editor does nothing
