FPS Editor problem

Hi there!
I've downloaded, Matti's FPS Editor, but it isn't working... Every time I try to set a new number of FPS, the game stays on 25.6 (the default highest fps) fps, but when if you edit the fps, this number in the graphics menu should be a random number (461237346 for example). I don't know why it isn't working, because this editor has always worked before... What is the problem?
