Gp3edit question

hey guys.
I havent been here for a looooong, long time. I moved to another country and had lots of problems/things to do which were the part of it.
I recently bought myself a new PC and decided to get GP3 to work on it.
I am at the stage of installing gp3edit but on Windows 7 it simply won't run properly. I also read somewhere that if you install gp3edit somewhere and then simply copy the folder with the files to another computer, it will work then.
So could anyone of you send me the folder with GP3edit? My e-mail is in my profile
