Indycar TV graphics

Hi all,

Just a kind inquiry.

I have downloaded the "Indycar inspired TV style by Madleonix" (designed for GP4)...

Will it be possible for someone to make a few adjustments to the 'hud' and 'def-panel' graphics on the .ini file in order to fit GP3 as well..?? It doesen't seem to be very difficult, but I don't know how to do it...

Here is my adjustments. Just a first experiment...



Here is my set up

Hud.ini

My adjustments were:

1 - Resized image (HUD). I did this because I did not know how to reduce the size of the driver's name.
2 - Adjusted the size of the bars (acceleratte and brake)
3 - Set the image settings
4 - I removed the RPM value since I did not know how to resize it and put the REV and VEL bars in this location

Feel free to impove it, more and more.

I'm afraid I do not know when and how the IndyCar graphics were adjusted for GP3, but here is my version which work very fine on my PC win7...: [www33.zippyshare.com]

I have seen in this package that it has "dash_analogue", new for me... it is very interesting !!! i will use it... maybe the old F1 years...

Looking at the print screen, see that the GP3 put the name of the driver only "DA MATTA" however HUD put the complete name "CHRISTIANO DA MATTA"

You or someone who is reading this post, could help me to understand...

How to set up the number of caracteres for the name ?

example:

GIL DE FERRAN - G de Ferran
CHRISTIANO DA MATTA - C da Matta

It happens when I use GPxPacth 4,23 - GPxSAT - Mode: DIGITAL ou DIGITAL 2010

But where is this set up ?

It was for this reason that I increased the image for the name to be inside... If I use the original "hud_bg.tga" the name goes beyond...

I'm afraid that I do not know how to mingle with the text size etc, but I would check in the ini.file...

I found the soluction about "few adjustments" inside hud.ini

Use Font digital2004 to: RPM - Name - Km/h - rpm

Use Font Manana to: Marcha - Velocidade - Posição

The version I uploaded to Zippyshare is working fine on my pc so no problems at the moment...

(I'm more interested in finding a HUD for our Formula E MOD... ..)
