unable to load file???

Hello,

I have a clean instal of gp3 2000 and when i try to replace the gp3 2000 exe for the encrypted one i get the warning unable to load file, anyone please???

maybe the simple prob that the decrypted is corrupted and a new download helps?
maybe your gamefolder needs to be NOT write protected??
