Should your Pen produce an F1 2003 carset?

A simple enough question - last year, I did CART, IRL and F3000. This year, it would be easy enough to drop F3000 and do F1. Question is, with some people on this forum already producing car images etc., do people want a Smoking Pen F1 2003 carset?

Let me know.

Same goes for me - although I am trying to "do it yourself" - expert work would be most welcome - cars artwork or just about everything

No doubt a resounding unanimous yes! will be heard from all.

However, personally, I'd much more rather see some earlier CART carsets, say 1995-1999, rather than an F1 carset for a season that hasn't even started yet, and won't be completed until nearly the end or the year, meaning that either all of the teams, liveries, drivers, and performances are sure to be instantly out-dated after every race and therefore will require no less than 16 updates throughout the course of the year.

Of course, there are many people that would love to see another new track from you first, too.

It willbe very nice to see new Hungaroring, Magny-Cours & Suzuka 2003!For which version of GP3 do you want to make an 2003 season package? (I'm warning about black background problems in GP3-2000 with converting from GP3 old versions... :))

Well Suzuka 2003 can be done later as it is only the 130R is more tighter and there is the new chicane as well.

Having heard that Ralph Hummerich isn't continuing with GP3 carsets, you would certainly be filling the need. And based on your other carsets, we could look forward to the same ultra-high quality.

So, in a word... DEFINITELY!

Yes, they will change Imola for this year. As Ellis posted not long ago:

Plans have been put in place to straighten out the Variante Alta and move the pit lane further towards Rivazza. This would allow its lengthening by eliminating the chicane right before the pit entrance and to build an entire new garage and pit suite complex.

Increased overtaking opportunities will also result from the removal of the Villeneuve chicane.

This is the official F1 2003 song, already anticipated by The Byrds in 1965

Turn, Turn, Turn

To everything, turn, turn, turn.
There is a season, turn, turn, turn.
And a time to every purpose under heaven.
A time to be born, a time to die.
A time to plant, a time to reap.
A time to kill, a time to heal.
A time to laugh, a time to weep.

To everything, turn, turn, turn.
There is a season, turn, turn, turn.
And a time to every purpose under heaven.
A time to build up, a time to break down.
A time to dance, a time to mourn.
A time to cast away stones.
A time to gather stones together.

To everything, turn, turn, turn.
There is a season, turn, turn, turn.
And a time to every purpose under heaven.
A time of love, a time of hate.
A time of war, a time of peace.
A time you may embrace.
A time to refrain from embracing.

To everything, turn, turn, turn.
There is a season, turn, turn, turn.
And a time to every purpose under heaven.
A time to gain, a time to lose.
A time to rend, a time to sow.
A time for love, a time for hate.
A time for peace, I swear it's not too late.
