Long Beach 1983 ??????

I'm confused !

in the earlier topic, I found info that the Long Beach 1983 version was created for GP3 and other topic that was never created ??????
could someone help me and answer if yes or no!!!

I have also long sought some information about Long Beach 1983, but I just did not go earlier discussion, that perhaps I would be created???
But I think it is probably the wrong version for 1983 GP3 does not exist??!!
