Yes you can adjust mirror angle but only in, out & magnification via this setting in cfg
But you could not angle them upwards as far as I know
2 ; Angle left mirror 0(in)-16(parallel)-32(out) v2
2 ; Angle right mirror 0(in)-16(parallel)-32(out) v2
16 ; Magnify mirror (16 => normal <16 wide >16 zoom)
As far as which is easier I guess it could be down to each person.
Best way is to test your time on a track for a few laps with each.
In my case I was definitely faster by a good amount in T-cam
I could definitely set up corners & clip apex's at high speeds better
in T-cam
